ODE is a small studio based in the Netherlands, selling fine art prints and canvases through this website. For the purposes of data protection law, we are the data controller for the personal information processed through this site.

We may use AI-powered tools to improve customer experience or creative work. Customer data, uploaded images and order information are never used to train public AI models. Where AI-assisted services are involved, they are used solely to deliver or improve the service you've asked for.

If you voluntarily upload images — for example, photos of your space for a custom commission — those files are used only for that purpose. They are not sold, shared for marketing, or used to train AI models. We delete them when they are no longer needed for the service.

Depending on where you live, you have rights regarding your personal data, including:
