It does exactly what I'd hoped. I'm often stressed, and it helps me slow down. I also like the Japanese feel.

The Print+

Each work is printed on mat Hahnemühle fine art paper and giclée made with pigment-based archival inks, the standard used by museums and galleries worldwide.

Unframed editions arrive as a fine art print on premium Hahnemühle German Etching 310gsm paper — a heavyweight, velvety matte paper with a warm white tone and softly textured surface. Ready for collectors or custom framing.

The Frame+

Premium wooden frames in Black, Natural Oak or Walnut. Made in Europe from FSC-certified wood, finished by hand. Professionally framed with a gallery-style white border that gives the artwork space to breathe. Framed editions arrive fully assembled with lightweight acrylic glazing, ready to hang.

Unframed sizes refer to the artwork. Framed sizes refer to the outer frame, including the surrounding white border.

About this work

EXHALE No.3 opens outward.

Where the other works in this world invite rest, this one invites width — a sense that you can take more space than you've been taking. The eye drifts. The chest follows. The room itself begins to feel larger than it did a moment ago.

The craft

Horizontal structure

Creates a sense of rest and spaciousness.

Low spatial frequency

Reduces mental chatter and visual noise.

Soft gradients

Support a slower, calmer way of looking.

This work embodies
Principle 05
"Calm isn't created by having less. It's created by asking less of your attention."
